Ramps Cymru is a collaboration between five Welsh organisations to improve the representation of Deaf and disabled people.

The project will create meaningful and sustainable change to improve the representation of disabled people (including Deaf, neurodivergent and learning-disabled people) across Wales’ mainstream theatre sector.

This first stage of change for Ramps Cymru includes audits of each partner organisation, sector conversations, training across partner organisations, and modelling details for the next 5 years of a change programme.

The partners are: Theatr Clwyd, Sherman Theatre, Pontio Arts, The Torch Theatre and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
