As the lead partner in Craidd – a partnership with the Sherman Theatre, Torch Theatre, Pontio Arts and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama - we are working to transform how Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people are welcomed, represented and supported in mainstream theatre in Wales. Theatr Clwyd is committed to embedding access, care, and inclusion at every level of our organisation. We are actively working to dismantle barriers within our structures and create a culture where access is not an add-on, but a shared responsibility across all roles and departments.

If you are shortlisted and subsequently recruited, you’ll be joining a company actively working to embed access and inclusion across all areas. This will be a meaningful part of your role — and we’ll support you to contribute to this shared commitment.
