Guide Dogs

We welcome guide dogs and assistance dogs. Speak to our box office team if you need help choosing the best seats to book with space to accommodate them or any requests you have for you or your dog.

Lighting

All our walkways are well lit.

The entrances to our theatres can be slightly darker, we have lots of staff around and available to help if needed.


Audio Described & Touch Tours

We have audio described performances often with touch tours.

To find audio described performances please click here.

If you are booking tickets to see an audio described performance you will be asked if you would like to book on to a touch tour (if available) and how many headsets you would like.

Touch tours and headsets for audio description are free. You can collect your headset for audio described performances from the right hand side of our bar, or ask one of our team to assist you.
