We are members of Hynt a national access card scheme, which provides people who need assistance to attend events with a free companion ticket to arts events in Hynt member venues across Wales.

Cards are issued to the person in need of assistance and not to the companion, carer or PA, so they can be used by anyone you wish to accompany you provided they are over 18. They also do not need to be a registered or paid carer.

Cards are for individual use, if you would like more information about group bookings or what provision there is for other groups where carers and PAs are necessary for a theatre visit, such as nursing homes please contact our Box Office on 01352 344 101 or boxoffice@theatrclwyd.com.

To find out about eligibility click here or click here to apply. You will need to provide proof of eligibility, however you only need to provide this information once and not at each venue or for each booking. You will also need to include a photograph that will be displayed on your card. View their FAQ page for further information.

If it is your first-time booking using your Hynt card with us you will need to book via phone to add your Hynt card to your account. Or you can email us with your membership details that can be added to your account.

Once your Hynt card is linked with your account you can then book tickets by phone or online and your eligible free companion ticket will be deducted at check out.
