Theatr Clwyd is one of the UK’s biggest theatres with a company of over 200 people.

We’re a producing theatre - we make shows at our home in Flintshire, creating magic from the initial idea to the final production. Our theatre making team includes set builders, lighting and sound technicians, costume makers, scenic artists, producers and production managers. The shows we create win awards and tour nationally.

But we’re more than a theatre. Our Creative Engagement and Music teams deliver workshops and music lessons around Flintshire and North Wales. We support the development of theatre-makers across Wales through Stiwdio Clwyd. We’ve a cinema, shop and a restaurant in partnership with Bryn Williams.

We also operate Wrexham’s William Aston Hall and Wrexham Comedy Festival.
