Christian Patterson is incredibly proud of his long association with Theatr Clwyd having appeared in over 20 productions and written eight Rock’n’Roll pantos for the theatre.He has also appeared in Cyrano, Pericles and Cymbeline (RSC); The Way of the World (Donmar Warehouse); My Country (National Theatre); Blasted, The Dying of Today and Blackbird (The Other Room); The American Clock (Old Vic).

He won the Best Actor Award in the 2016 Wales Theatre Awards. He won the inaugural Great British Panto Award for Best Writer and was nominated for Best Script for Dick Whittington – The Puuurfect Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto, which he wrote for Theatr Clwyd in 2019 and in 2022 two of his pantos, Theatr Clwyd and Swansea Grand Theatre, won the Great British Panto Awards for Best Panto.
