Helen is a Senior Partner and Head of Employment Law for Aaron and Partners Solicitors.

Paula Jewson(Vice Chair)
Paula is a trained accountant and a local business owner. The majority of her businesses focus on renewable energies.

Alan Watkins (Chair of Finance and Audit Committee, and Chair of Capital Steering Group)
Before retirement Alan was Chief Officer for arts and Leisure at Wrexham Council. He has sat on both Arts Council and Sports Council in Wales.

Harold Finley
Harold is an actor, producer and director who has worked extensively in both the UK and US. He is Executive Director at Stage Directors UK, the professional trade organisation for stage directors, choreographers, and movement directors.

Leusa Llewelyn
Leusa is Artistic Director and Co-CEO at Literature Wales, the national company for the development of literature.

Roy Jones MBE
Before retirement Roy was Community Liaison Manager for The Scottish Power Foundation. Roy is our board champion for the Welsh language.

Tim Price
Tim is a Welsh playwright and screenwriter who has had work commissioned by companies including the BBC, The National Theatre, The Royal Court, and The Donmar Warehouse.

Sarah Caddick
Sarah is a neuroscientist who moved into science funding. She was a senior team member at The Gatsby Foundation and is the founder and CEO of Thalamic.

Geoff Collet
Before retirement Geoff worked as a structural engineer. He is now a county counsellor.

Siobhan Jones
Siobhan worked in the banking industry for the majority of her career before recently taking up post as Corporate Partnerships Manager at North West Cancer Research.

Kath Coughlin
Kath is a qualified accountant who has recently retired from her post as Director of Finance and Operations at Colleg Llandrillo Menai Group.
