Creative Associate (Fixed Term)
Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed drama facilitator to develop and lead high-quality, engaging community initiatives, working closely with our Early Years provision, and Adult Companies.
The successful candidate will play a creative and practical role in delivering a range of projects, workshops, and events. They will act as an advocate for our work with young people and the wider community, including our arts and health programmes. The role will involve building and maximising collaborations, developing projects, and contributing to the organisation’s overall vision, which is rooted in excellence, creative learning, and meaningful community engagement.
Please note: This role includes working Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:00pm) each week to lead our Early Years provision.
Contract Type - Fixed Term - 31/12/2026
Hours - 23 per week
The Role
To develop and lead high quality and engaging Communities initiatives. To take a creative and practical role in the delivery of projects, workshops, and events. To be an advocate for the work we do with young people, wider community and arts and health, maximising collaborations and projects and contributing to the overall vision that builds on our reputation for excellence, creative learning, and meaningful engagement
The Person
Essential:
- Experience in delivering workshops to a wide variety of ages and backgrounds.
- Significant experience working with the community.
- Facilitation skills, with a proven ability to use methodical, creative and results led working methods.
