Creative Associate (Fixed Term)

Job Description

To develop and lead high quality and engaging Communities initiatives, with a specific focus on Early Years Provision (0-10 years-old).

What you’ll deliver:-

  • Interactive Storytelling Telling Workshops – Stori Fach each Tuesday, 9:00am-11:30am
  • Drama and Creativity Workshops for Key Stage 1 and 2 each Saturday, 9:00am-12:00pm

Contract Type - Fixed Term - 13/04/2026 - 31/12/2026

Hours - 6.5 per week


The Role

To develop and lead high quality and engaging Communities initiatives. To take a creative and practical role in the delivery of projects, workshops, and events. To be an advocate for the work we do with young people, wider community and arts and health, maximising collaborations and projects and contributing to the overall vision that builds on our reputation for excellence, creative learning, and meaningful engagement



The Person

Essential:

  • Experience in delivering workshops to a wide variety of ages and backgrounds.
  • Significant experience working with the community.
  • Facilitation skills, with a proven ability to use methodical, creative and results led working methods.
