Big Top FAQs!
Where will the Big Top be?
The Big Top will be next to Theatr Clwyd close to our temporary village foyer.
Will the Big Top be accessible?
Yes! We’ll also have our shuttlebus running for all performances.
Will the Big Top be warm?
Yes, it’s a heated venue AND all the seats are also padded (not like a circus!).
Why do some seats have restricted views?
There are restricted view seats on Row B just behind the wheelchair spaces, as the seating rake is shallow (which keeps everyone closer to the action). Views may be restricted if the wheelchair spaces are occupied.
There are also 2 open grid pillars at the front corners of the stage (they hold the tent up so they need to be there!) This may cause the seats behind these to be very slightly restricted for brief periods – its a large stage and the actors will be constantly moving so your view is unlikely to be restricted for long.
Is there accessible seating in the Big Top?
Yes, Row A has level access, where there are 10 wheelchair spaces, all with at least one companion seat.
Once you have come in the main entrance to the Big Top, follow the level access route around the seating banks to Doors 1 or 6. Please do get in touch with our friendly box office team if you want to find out more about access routes to the Big Top.
