Would you like to make music with others? Join one of our bands, choirs or ensembles!
Joining a Music Group is a lovely way for you to have fun whilst putting what is learnt in lessons to good use. Playing with others also boosts self-confidence, is good for physical and mental health, and of course gives the opportunity to meet new friends!
Our groups and ensembles take part in multiple shows over the course of the year, as well as enjoying opportunities to join professional performances. For example, our older Youth Choir recently performed at the North Wales International Music Festival.

A note on bursaries:
It is vital to us that anyone can access our groups and our no-questions-asked bursary scheme will remain in place this year. This scheme enables you to pay the full price, or have a 50%, 75% or 100% reduction on the Ensemble Membership fee.
The fees for the 3 levels of bursary are as follows:
• Full Price – You pay £12 per month
• 50% Bursary – You pay £6 per month
• 75% Bursary – You pay £3 per month
• 100% Bursary – Fully subsidised access; you pay nothing.
We don’t have an in-depth application process for bursaries as we trust you to pay what you can afford- simply note the bursary request on the application form. Thanks to your honesty, those who need a bit of help can get the discount they need to take part.
