To watch our online events you will need:

  • A way to watch content on the internet - this might be a laptop, phone or even a tablet!
  • A good internet connection - we'd recommend a download speed of at least 2mbps - you can test your speed by going on google, typing 'internet speed test' and clicking 'run speed test' or going on www.speedtest.net.

We recommend you use the latest browsers - our players will work in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge - some older versions of browsers (usually over 3 years old) may not work and may need updating.

We'd also recommend, when watching, only having one tab (or browser screen) open. Having multiple tabs and screens open can cause the player to run slower because of the amount of memory that the tabs take (slowing down the computer).

Finally, if you have any problems then please don't worry - get in touch with us and we'll do our best to solve the issue.
