Free RWCMD Acting Workshops

Do you have a passion for theatre and performance?
Are you considering applying to drama school or a career in acting?

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama are bringing their Young Actors Studio to North Wales and we will be running a weekend of free acting workshops for ages 16-20. If you have an interest in acting, this is your chance to work with industry professionals from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and Theatr Clwyd.

What will I be doing?

  • During the weekend, you’ll attend workshops that will give you a real taste of drama school training, in a fun and supportive environment.
  • Work on core acting skills – improvisation, audition technique and text.
  • See a performance of RWCMD’s production of The Playboy of the Western World and work with recent acting graduates from the cast and its director, Bruce Guthrie.

When and where are the workshops taking place?
