Trained in Theatre Design/Scenography at Nottingham and Wimbledon School of Art.

Janet’s recent designs include: Ken by Terry Johnson and The Argument by William Boyd (Hampstead Downstairs), Mad Man (Plymouth Drum), A Taste of Honey, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, The Age of Arousal (nominated for CATS award for Best Design) and Long Day’s Journey into Night (Edinburgh Lyceum), THE BFG, Lighthearted Intercourse (Octagon Theatre, Bolton), The Rise and Fall of Little Voice (Dundee), Hobson’s Choice (Sheffield), The History Boys (West Yorkshire), Way Upstream (Salisbury), A Doll’s House (Exeter), A Small Family Business (Watford), Hay Fever (Guthrie Theater, Minneapolis).

Touring shows include: The Rocky Horror Show, Dandy Dick (ATG), Single Spies (BTR), Tell Me on a Sunday (Jamie Wilson), Longwave, The Adventures of Woundman and Shirley (Chris Goode and co), Outings (James Seabright).

Janet is currently working on John Migleton’s Halflife for Bath Theatre Royal.

Born and raised in Wales, this is Janet’s second design in the principality. She is thrilled to be working here!
