Project Hush

Rydym ni eich angen CHI!

Ar ôl gwerthu pob tocyn ar gyfer Mold Riots, fis Medi eleni byddwn yn llwyfannu sioe arall sy’n benodol i safle, Prosiect Hush - cynhyrchiad ar y cyd â Papertrail.

Bydd gan ein sioe gast cymunedol ac actorion gwadd yn adrodd hanes y bobl a fu’n gweithio mewn ffatri arfau rhyfel yn Rhydymwyn, lle datblygwyd elfennau allweddol y bom atomig.

Rydym yn chwilio am actorion, cantorion, dylunwyr, rheolwyr llwyfan, criw llwyfan, tim gwisgoedd a ffotograffwyr. Archebwch eich sesiwn arlein.

Shadow the Project Hush creative team?

If you are a budding designer, director, chorographer or producer, we would like to hear from you! We are looking for a team of people who will work alongside key members of the creative and production team. This opportunity will provide practical experience on a professional production at a world-class theatre.

As this is a voluntary position, we would discuss with successful applicants how best to use their time, however we would expect a minimum attendance of the equivalent of 1-2 rehearsals a week.

We warmly welcome applications from Welsh speakers. We are also keen to hear from disabled applicants, those who identify as BAME and other under-represented groups. Applicants must be 18+, live locally to Theatr Clwyd, and must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in professional theatre.

If you are interested, please email our Community Producer, Alice Evans (alice.evans@theatrclwyd.com) by 5pm on Friday 20th March with the following information:

  • Up to 300 words on why you want to apply for one of these roles
  • Up to 300 words on any previous relevant experience
  • Your availability from May – October

Applications can be made in English or in Welsh and formatted by written word, video or audio file.

We will then invite you to a Workshop at Theatr Clwyd on Thursday 9 April. Interviews will be held on Wednesday 15 April.

To express interest, find out more or perhaps you have a family member who has a connection with the munitions factory and you’d like to share your story with us, please get in touch with the Community Producer, Alice Evans.
